From loan officer assistant to retail mortgage loan officer to mortgage broker, she has a thorough understanding of the loan process. Kay is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. She enjoys helping all the homebuyers she can, especially first-time homebuyers. Whether she’s hosting home buying seminars alongside local REALTORS® or carving a roadmap for clients not ready to buy just yet, she is passionate about serving her community. She volunteers with The Salvation Army and Habitat for Humanity. In her spare time, you may find her working out at the gym, practicing yoga, traveling with friends and family or tutoring online. She also loves to dance.
